We were up around 8:00. This morning we are doing my fav thing in Bangkok - visiting markets.
The fist one we will visit is the Sammakorn Market. This is in a neighbourhood about 20 minutes from Dainty's.
The market is full of food, clothes, gadgets, and shoes. This stand sells lemonade and then puts homey on top. So good!
Then we were off to the Floating Market.
The first thing we saw was wallabys.
The market is at a wat.
The wat on the other side
Looking down onto the first floor
This tree is in bloom everywhere - great hanging clumps of yellow blossoms
Kebobs with chili at the end
Crispy samosa with a sweet dipping sauce
Fresh spring roll with spicy sauce
Pork Dainty buys pork intestines for a friend
My fav - wrap these things in the leaves that are included
Like a taco
Making my iced coffee - pouring it from high up makes it frothy or use a whisk
Chicken on bamboo stick with coconut milk and chili yummy
My lunch
Dainty's lunch
Fried spring roll with spinach
Bench made out of old bath tub
This market has umbrellas tose for the hot sun
Rides to and from the main road
Buying sweet corn
A stop at Home Pro like Home Depot
Great selection of lights
I love these toilets that look like chairs
