We woke up early - 6:30.  Got up and made coffee.  Bruce made us French toast with real Canadian maple syrup and bacon.

Soon it will be shopping time for Dainty, Ahya, and me while Bruce stays at the condo.

Finally, I get girls to shop with ....

Off we go to the Floating Market - it seems to have moved to a location a few km away

After a rest, we had fun swimming in our canal.  Then it was time to get ready for dinner.  Dainty had bought a Groupon for a seafood dinner and wine at the Armira hotel.  When we got there we had to take a golf cart almost 1 km, as the restaurant overlooks the ocean.

Dainty had bought a Groupon which included a seafood platter and a bottle of wine.

Our table had this in the middle - mosquito repellent and a gizmo for calling them .....

Before dinner Bruce bargained with the man to let Ahya have a horse ride $200 baht

Then it was time to get a ride back to the hotel.  The golf cart ran out of power and had to. E pushed up the hill LOL

off home we went.  Time for a couple games of cards before bed.

Friday, April 3

Up early and surprised by our morning visitor.

Having coffee by 7:00.  Then out for a walk..... The tide was still in so I didn't go very far.

Bruce went his usual couple of hours.  Walking on ledges with barnacles ....

I set on one of the benches and read an entire 300 page book by 9:30.

Then we got organized and cleaned up for Dainty's arrival.  

Dainty arrived a little after one.  She brought lunch.... So many good things !

It is mango season, so a whole bag of mangoes. Mmmmm

We went swimming with Ahya out our patio door.  There are three canals all different depths.  We were in the water for two hours.  We rested a bit and then soon headed to the Cicada market.

We picked up our commissioned watercolour, we love it.

  Then we headed to listen to the music in the garden so we could have a margarita.  

After that we bought food to take home.

We stopped at Villa and bought a few groceries and my new nightgown and headed home.

We ate amazing food and then chilled until bedtime.

Thursday, April 2

A day for relaxing in the posh condo !

Bruce went for a walk and found some cool shells.  We enjoyed bacon, eggs, and toast and a few cups of 3 in 1.

Later it will be time for a swim and beach walk for me.

Today time to Internet  surf and chill.

We managed a short walk around the resort. Take a look ...
