Tai Chi was at 6:15 ..... Nope we didn't make it.  We were up by 7:00 as we were headed to Surprise Island at 7:45.  Had breakie and then headed for the tender boat to take us.  There are a couple hundred steps involved.... But not a problem for me today, knees are behaving!  This cave is amazing.... Three huge caverns.

When we got back about an hour later it was time to check out.

Then it was buffet lunch.  Shrimp, fish, chicken skewers, veggies, fried squid, 2 kinds of soup.... Very good food.  Bruce and I shared a beer ...

Then we were surprised by our husbands presenting us each with a long stem red rose as it is International Women's Day. In Vietnam all women get flowers.

After a dance with the purser, it was time to head to shore.  The drive back - 3.5 hrs seems very long.

We returned to our hotel , it is raining out, so we headed across the street to the bakery for supper.

Bruce had a pastrami, pepperoni, ham, cheddar, exam, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tomato, mustard, mayo sandwich on toasted dark rye bread.

A bowl of potato, garlic, bacon soup.

All for $23 Canadian.  Excellent food!
